Introducing a dynamic new cardio interval, strength and conditioning program, called Hike-Fit!
Hike-Fit, is designed to meet the needs and desires of those training for Tough Mudder, hiking Colorado’s 14’ers, looking to lose weight and get into shape or those looking for a fun, social cardio class. Hike-Fit incorporates high powered cardio, improving endurance and strength through weight-bearing hiking, and various abdominal, upper and lower body callisthenic exercises to truly challenge your body and mind.
This program is ideal for beginners looking to lose weight or those fitness enthusiasts who would like to challenge themselves in an new, inventive way. This isn‘t your typical BodyPump, Turbo Kick, Zumba, CrossFit group class, this is a uniquely designed fitness routine meant to suit any and all individuals wanting the personal training experience with the added benefit of social and interpersonal camaraderie of your fellow Hike-Fit members. This is a boot camp type program which will include a 2-mile hike and intermittent fitness challenges designed to show almost immediate improvement in your stamina, resilience and strength. Each member of the program must provide your own mat and backpack, which will serve to carry from 5-50 lbs for the daily hike and challenges. Pack your ponchos rain, or shine!

Membership Cost
$175 per month EFT for unlimited classes. Additional family members are $50 per person. Cancel anytime when you feel the class is not for you.
We will meet and gear up at Total Health and Exercise, Personal Training Gym. Once we gear up we will be outside at Willow Springs Open Space. Which is located right outside of Total Health and Exercise.
